Q. What is CardioCareLive?
A. CardioCareLive is a free, online cardiovascular medical conference designed to connect healthcare professionals with cardiovascular disease experts and product/ service providers in a live, interactive environment. The next CardioCareLive is scheduled for Tuesday, May 11th through Thursday May 13th, 2010.

Q. What can I do at CardioCareLive?
A. Attendees will be able to log into a virtual environment. The environment will have an auditorium with live video presentations – and real time q&a – with leading experts in the field of cardiovascular multi-risk factors. Many of these presentations will count for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. Presentations will be available on demand as well. The environment will also feature a virtual exhibit hall and visit virtual booths of top product and service providers in the cardiometabolic industry. The virtual booths feature links and downloads as well live chat with exhibitors.

Q. Who provides the Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for this conference?
A. CME accreditation for all attendees is provided by Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. CME is also accredited for members of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) through that organization. Visit our CME Page for more information.

Q. How do I recieve my CME certificates?
A. You will recieve a confirmation email within a week of taking the course.  You will then recieve the certificae within 4-6 weeks of completing the courses.

Q. Where is CardioCareLive located?
A. CardioCareLive is held completely online, at www.cardiocarelive.com.

Q. When will CardioCareLive be held?
A. The next CardioCareLive will be held Tuesday, May 11th through Thursday May 13th, 2010. After the live portion of the virtual conference, content will still be available, but in archive form. During this archive period, users will be able to download documents and watch on-demand presentations.

A. CardioCareLive live is free! All you need to do is register.

Q. I’ve never been to an online virtual show, how does it work?
A. CardioCareLive is an online cardiovascular medical conference. It has all the benefits of attending a physical conference, only instead of having to travel to the show, you can attend from the comfort of your home or office. You can visit booths, and interact with presenters and attendees just as you would at your typical conference. The difference is we bring the fair directly to you!

Q. What are the technical requirements for CardioCareLive?
A. CardioCareLive is a Flash based environment so you will need an up to date version of Adobe Flash.  You can download Adobe Flash for free at www.Adobe.com.  CardioCareLive is not compatible with Safari or the AOL browser so please use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Also, be sure that all pop-up blockers are disabled.

A. All presentations are available On Demand and can be viewed anytime after the event is complete.  You will still recieve CME credits if you view the On Dem

Q. Can I come and go as I please?
A. Absolutely. Attendees can come and go as they please, visit the booths and sessions that interest them most, and spend as much time as they want in any area of the exhibit hall.
